Whether you have an existing patio or you are installing a new one, it is important to properly maintain and protect your investment. The restoration process will bring the original color back into your patio while the sealing process will protect it for years to come.

The restoration process is more than just cleaning your patio. We want to make your patio look like the day it was installed. The process includes leveling of any uneven pavers on your patio, re-sanding/grouting the gaps between the pavers/stone, and finally cleaning the surface with a variety of safe biodegradable solutions. The cleaning process is not simply using a pressure washer. We take the time to analyze the stains throughout your patio and use different products accordingly. We use state-of-the-art pressure scrubbers to ensure there will be no streaking as normally left by a power washer.

The sealing process will not only improve your walkway and/or patios appearance; it will protect it from UV exposure, salt, staining, and help prevent deterioration. There are a variety of sealers available ranging from a natural look to semi-gloss to high-gloss depending on your needs.
